The F.O.R.G.E. Leaders Program is a structured leadership and mentorship experience designed to help students build confidence, communication skills, professionalism, accountability, and real-world leadership experience while becoming part of a supportive student community.
This program is included for students already enrolled in a 9th-12th grade cohort. F.O.R.G.E Membership Access holders can access this program at a discounted one time fee of $15.00.
Students have opportunities to:
Mentor younger students
Earn volunteer and community service hours
Strengthen college and scholarship applications
Develop leadership and communication skills
Participate in meaningful community involvement
While 9th grade students are welcomed to participate in this amazing program, only Students grades 10th-12th are allowed to progress into leadership roles.
9th Grade: Only eligible to participate in program
10th Grade: Student Ambassador
11th Grade: Peer Advocate
12th Grade: Leadership Fellow & Mentor
